Sir,
I have a bsnl internet device in my home,I have been using bsnl for past 1 year approx. My connection is not working from the past 2 months (approx)I have registered complaint but i have got no help yet and still the connection is not working. i have talked to their engineer who is continuously bluffing that he will take care of the problem but nothing has happened so far as they complain that due to a storm the connection is not working does it take 2 months to solve this problem where as i am paying monthly amount of Rs 700…i want to seek help from consumer forum.
