NO RESPONSE TO THE REPEATED REQUEST FOR COMPLAINS BY AIRTEL DIGITAL TV SERVICE

DEAR SIR,

SUB: NO RESPONSE TO THE REPEATED REQUEST FOR COMPLAINS BY AIRTEL DIGITAL TV SERVICE

I HAVE PURCHASED AIRTEL DIGITAL TV IN THE MONTH OF OCT 2010. IT WAS RUNNING VERY NICE. INICIALLY, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM. BUT IN THE BEGINNING OF THIS YEAR 2012 ONE OR TWO CHANNELS WERE AUTOMATICALLY STOPPED. I COMPLAINED CUSTOMERCARE ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. CUSTOMERCARE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM OF SATTELLITE POSITIONING AND MY DIGITAL TV DISK TO BE POSITIONED IN A NEW SATELLITE DIRECTION. SO THE COMPLAIN WAS RAISED AND THE PROBLEM WAS RECTIFIED WITHIN FIVE DAYS ACCORDING TO THEM. BUT IT WAS NOT SOLVED BY THEIR END.

FURTHER, I RAISED A COMPLAIN ON THE MONTH OF APRIL FOR THE SAME CAUSE.THIS TIME WE WERE NOT ABLE TO VIEW MANY CHANNELS. THIS TIME ALSO MY PROBLEM WAS NOT LOOKED AFTER.

HOWEVER, I RAISED MY SAME COMPLAIN ON 06 AUG 12, AS APPROX 50% CHANNELS WERE BLOCK.THIS TIME, I HAVE BEEN PROMISED BY THE AIRTEL DIGITAL TV CUSTOMER CARE THAT IT WILL BE SOLVED WITHIN 10 AUG 2012 BY 1200 HRS. SINCE 07 AUG 12 EVENING MY DIGITAL TV IS NOT WORKING FOR INSTALLATION ERROR (ERROR CODE- SM2). DESPITE OF REPEATED REQUEST AND SO MANY COMPLAINS IT WAS NOT RECTIFIED TILL DATE.

SO, IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND I SHOULD BE PAID BACK BY AIRTEL DIGITAL TV COMPANY FOR PROBLEM AND ALSO ADDED HARRASMENT, WHICH IS PERSISTING MORE THAN SIX MONTHS.
