My ST Box gets defective every two months and every two months I have to pay without getting a receipt of the amount paid.There is no schedule of charges displayed on the site, nor any norms . the maintenance man is free to charge any amount from the customer. At customer care they always assure you of a solution within 24 Hrs. Even will post a message that the problem is rectified whereas the problem persists for a week or two.All the other Help Desk & officials Nos. do not respond.They do not reply to our Emails properly. No reason for delay or any such courtsy have no room in Airtel culture.My opinion DO NOT BUY AIRTEL My customer ID 3001046903. TEL NO.9004410973 & 9869501322
