Hi,
I’d recently ordered an antique wooden/glass clock with an online retailer called “Heaven and Home” via order number 545117 dated 16.05.2012. Not only was the product delivered much later (13.06.2012) than the usual delivery time frame (18-24 days) quoted by the website, it was also completely damaged. The glass cover was completely cleaved in the middle and the dial was pushed downwards. All attempts to contact the company through email, their online complaint corner and telephone have proved futile. I need a total refund!
