I bought a Videocon Refridgerator in the year 2009. on 7th of june 2012, i found cooling problem. i called up customer care and they aligned an engineer for the next day. he came and checked, filled the gas handed over the bill and went off.
i found the problem still exist and reverted my dissatisfaction through sms.
they reopened the complaint the same afternoon and closed the same in he evening without any phone call.
again i made a call to the customer care and the same engineer came once again. he checked every thing and said that the compressor is jam. he plucked the holder with the power supply that caused power failure because of short circuit in the fridge. he committed the replacement of compressor in next two days.
but their never ending two days….stiil putting our eyes on doors that a man will come on our gate and will tell- Sir, I am from Videocon and I;m here to replace the compressor….
