No response of the complaint

Name of company/service: MTS Mblaze

i had recharged my MTS data card of value INR 999 on 10th of july by a vendor with a transaction id (161556814-12:51), which accidently was done on a wrong no. (9136949654) instead of my no. (9136949656) the complain was logged on the same day, they told me to ask the vendor to call up their customer care, and i did that too and they gave me the complain no. C12-479809, they told that the comlain will be resolved in 24 hours…. the next day i called they told there is some problem with the server so by midnight your complain will be sorted out… there was no such progress…the next day when i called up the customer care they denied for my solution… finally i called up the nodal officer.. he took the complain and repeated the same story that to wait for 24 hours… today is 16th july and yet nothing is done to the complain.. during this time i could not recharge my account waiting for the reversal a false hope given by the executives every time i called them up.
i’ve undergone a very hard time without my connection to internet. still nothing is done to resolve my comlain.
