No Response of Defective product from HOMESHOP18.com

Hello sir/madam,
This is in regarding to the Videocon V1575 Mobile Phone that I purchased on 2nd of June 2012.
I lodged a complaint with whatever possible ways I was able to reach customer service desk of homeshop18 but all in vain.
So I please request you to please look into this matter and take some serious action against the company for all the mental harassment caused during a long period of two months.
PSB the details,

I placed an order on 30th of May order no. is 912820419.I got this delivery on 2nd of June.
But the mobile phone louds speaker was not working.then I raised a concern to the customer care they told me to return this product via Aramex Courier and told that we will replace your product within 5 working days.But still I haven’t got my mobile phone .I have already paid the money on 2nd of june for videocon mobile phone.

PSB the mail which I got from home shop18.
This mail I got on 25 june.

    I give my sia mystry collection for replacement because neckless id defective..my complaint no. 75600574.your customer care told product come within 2-3 working days.But haven’t got mt product.
