Name of company/service: timtara.com
I had placed an order for a Television from timtara.com on 22nd may 2012. I got a mail from timtara on 25th May saying that the product is ready and awaiting shipment.
Later when i called timtara I was informed that the shipment will be reaching me within 15-20 working days.
When i later contacted timtara customer care, I was assured that the product will be put on a fast track and shipped immediately. when i didnt get any shipping information for another week i contacted the timtara customer care. They assured that they do not have information regarding the delay and it was assured that I will be getting a call back from the supervisor with the relevant details.
I didnt get any call back or any mail from timtara regarding any of the details.
Later i spoke to Mr. Prateek at timtara custmoer care who told me that a mail witht he shipping details will be sent in an hour.I didnt get any mail. When i later called timtara customer care I spoke to Mr. Wasim. Mr. Wasim was not ready to forward the call to the supervisor or any one in the office saying that no one was available inspite of being unable to proivide any information himself.
All information he could give me was saying you should wait. He is not ready to provide me a call to the supervisor, or letting me talk to anyone else in the customer support.
No reason has been provided to me why the product is not been shipped as it is internal information.
A complaint id 34840 has been registered but no action is being taken by the timtara team.
Please look into the issue.
