m a resident of bangalore. i took tikona broadband connection on may 28th my 2012. my plan is of 750kbps (pay for 4 months and get 2 months free). i was promised 750 kbps downloading speed. but it was capped after a weak. i kept on calling sales person who got me the connection but he doesnt care. i called the technician, he said he doesnt knw. i called up customer care, they said there was some technical problem. later they said my fair usage limit is over. there was nothing like this was mentioned when i took the connection though i asked if there was any condition like this. now what should i do? sales person is not responding. later he drops a message telling that he’s busy. i have paid Rs.3900 for this non-sense. please help me.
