I have purchased a samsung star (GT S5233a) mobile phone on 27th Aug 2009. The set stopped working with in 1 week of purchase. I have submitted the set in samsung service centre on 7th of Sep 2009 with the work order number 55020090910427 and serial number RWNS789662L. Now it’s been 2 months and whenever I ask for a update.. they never provide me any.
The last update I got was about 3 weeks ago from the Girish (manager .. I guess) saying my mobile will be replaced and yet there is no response. Whenever I call them they ask me to come back after 1 week. They never respond to my calls properly.
Can I know the next escalation contact. ?
I have also contacted customer care with the reference number
8412440694 and they said they will get back to me soon…
Does soon means one more year or years??
Do I have to wait for ages ?
