have purchased one super splendor Motor Cycle from Raj Auto Centre,salar,Kandi,Dis-Murshidabad,for the purpose of his family business.The motor cycle Regd. Mo. WB58N 4950.After a accident I register a clim to the authorised dealer as well as ICICI Lambord general Company Limited .claim No-MOT02447822.after allowing compensation the dealer received this Motocycle on 01.03.2012 .But still now my Byke is not properly ready due to leck of supply of perts.
for this reson I have been suffering from mental agony and financial loss.and I reluctantly think that they dishonestly harassed me for illegal reason.
So I will bi highly obliged if you take a step as soon as possible.
