No Response for Product Replacement

Hi,
We have bought Electrolux Micro-own Product from Vijay sales since Sep-2016 and after that we have logged complain for not working keypad in Sep-2017 (Under warranty).After this complaint engineering check and found part replacement but part is not available they are talking for amount replacement or product replacement.
After complaining 8 month still we are not getting our product replacement or money refundable.
