No response for complaints and requests

Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Videocon LCD with in built D2H in last year. I was then residing at Madangir New Delhi. Now i have shifted to Vaishali ghaziabad on 26th July 2012. I made a request to reinstall my system at the new address on 24th July (Uninstall from old address and reinstall at new address). Then i made a several other calls for the same after shifting. I was assured against my call on 5th August that my system will be reinstalled within 24 hrs. That never happened. I gave a call now and they said that the request has been cancelled. I had got my system recharged which was functional till 7th of August. I have been deprived of my services and i have been getting messgaes from the company to get the d2h recharged. That is harassing me mentally, Every time I call their customer care, the call gets disconnected in between. I have been kept on hold and the call gets disconnected and no body is responsible for the same. I want to file a case against the service providers. The details are as follows
