No Response after Sales

Name of company/service: MICROTEK INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.

I Have MICROTEK INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD. Product 800 VA Invertor. on 19-07-2012 the invertor sutdown and i put the complaint to company with complaint no. 22502 Dt. 19-07-2012. But till today (24-07-2012)no one visit for solve the problem.
