Name of company/service: tatadocomo

sir iam from tamilnadu and i have taken a tatadocomo postpaid number 9043000455 and i have opted for postpaid to prepaid three months before still now there is no response from anyone and the monthly bill has been genereted often i have informed the customer care team also but there is no use please advice me or the concerned person to change my number to prepaid

    Dear Customer,

    As per your request the post to pre migration has been cancelled due to Interim bill Rs 275 payment not cleared,Hence migration cant be done.Please visit the nearest outlet.
