Hi,
I had buy a 3 star rated 1.5 ton Ac of Hitachi on 1 Jun 12.after installation of the same found that its compressor is not working fine as after 20 to 30 min its got off & will not start.Somtime its not off during the 12 hours run with No cooling.Also the electricity consumption of 3 star ac is too high as in 20 min its taking 3 unit of EB.so have lodged the complaint on 2 June 12 on Hitachi Customer care.From 2nd Jun to Till have called their many times but no responses have received from their side.its too hot in here & Temp is near to 45 .I am living at top floor & have a 10 month old kid with me.Its really not a good investment for me to buy Hitachi AC.My Mobile no is 9278360758 for communication.
