   Respected sir
   I have my phone canvas fun A76 to the teen batti couraha ujjain service center but it is still have same problem i have all ready visited more then 2 time but its have same problem. They have take my phone for 20 day or 7 day and they don’t done any thing even they gave wrong costmer care no. In written I got no from net and call more then 30 times. They are trying to complete my validity period please help me other wise i need to take the way of consumer forums.

   Hi,

   This is to bring in your notice that I bought Canvas A120 3 months back and since then I was not able to login to any of inbuilt social media as wel to google aaps, then I waited for software to get updated which wasn’t successful even from Wifi on theat The Touch response become slow and ultimately dead..took it to Micromax Service centre at Panvel(Krishna Telesystem Shop no 3 & Channel Elegance CHS Next to PMC bank Panvel 410206 ) they give TAT of 8-10 days and now they are saying they dont know the handset will be ready. SO My question to you is till how many days should I wait and what should me my next step?? This very poor and Below standard service.

   Reply ASP with concrete solution or better provide the E-mail and Contact Details of Nodal Officer or Appellate.

   Dear Nodal Officer,

   I bought a Micromax mobile model Knight A350 (from Amazon .In) 26/11/2014

   After few months the mobile started problems. I went to Micromax Service Centre (G6, Ground Floor, Kedar Plaza, Opposite Laxmi Mata Theatre, Coen Road Hubli ) on 02/05/2015 and they took my mobile with one photocopy of invoice for repair/replacement and asked me to come after a week vide Customer Job Card No. S010065051516409801 dated 02/05/2015. Still the Mobile is not Handed over. After 15 days I went there 3 times, but the result was the same till date 04-08-2015 I have sent so many mails till 04/06/2015 and so many talk with Service center/customer care. But no reply from customer care & Service Center. After that I visited there every week and got the same answer. He was very rude and misbehaved and refused to help me out. They never picked the number they have given i.e. 9845687414, 08364251478 .

   Contact person : Subhash ,prashant.Abhishek and lady(dint know the name) never responded the issue and solved the problem due to this I lost so many yield calls and loss the revenue from the same

   I have served the legal notice on June /2015 to both Service centre and the company

   Now I am depressed and frustrated with the dealing. It has taken more than 4 Months.

   It is my humble request that kindly take necessary action at the earliest and reimburse my money as soon as possible

    I gave my Micromax a290 for service on August 19th.. I got a call from Micromax on September 15th to collect my phone.. But the phone which they gave is having another IMEI Number.. It had some other contents also which is not mine..This phone is hanging n not in good condition.. Please help me to get my phone.. Or I want a replacement..

    Hi Team,

    I’m really fed up with ur custmer care & service center care services … my mobile is @ company for the 3rd time on 11th sept 2015 with in a span of 6 months @ M/s Sri Dhatre mobiles Service Center Secbad 8142438102 & for the 2nd time they said me that it would be sent to company and took for 45 days .. from the day1 the problem was not yet resolved..job sheet no dated 11th sept 2015 is :S040358091519124632 & earlier job sheet no : S040358051516696065 … imei1 : 911353351305819 imei2 : 911353351555819 micromax a96

    i want my money back or replacement… due to their illitrate behaviour …all time they gave me only sympathy or returns back my mobile..

    what to do …plzzz help me ..can anyone … or shuld i go to consumer court forum or dc paper..

    If you go wish to continue with the same spirit level of service center then u cud loose the customer who is the king that you assumed/framed.

    I was having a good opinon on this product/make but eventually things changed my opinion on the same.

    Actually i bought this for my mother on her wedding anniversary surprise gift but finally ur product gave me a bunch of shocks as simple as an electric shoks and surprised me in spite.

    I can simply put It as a multiple disorder problem with the handset.

    Pls look into this on top prority level basis:
