i had bought a LG microwave on 2 june 2012
from day 1 i am facing problems in it like the unit is not roasting items like papad, almonds, etc in a formal way.
when we roast papad there are many spots remaining on it even after heating it for 2 mins.
the compliant was attended by the company engineers, they came to a conclusion that magnetron has to be replaced. even after replacing same problem persists.
after that a senior engineer comes and says that it is working fine.
now sir please tell me, if it is working fine then there should not be any spots on the papad left out.
according to me as the problem is present form day 1 i should either get a new piece or my money back.
please help me as soon as possible…….
