I have 2 Croma split AC which stopped working in April. I registered a complaint on the 29th April after visiting the Croma shop, Juhu, Mumbai. 17 days have passed and I m still waiting to get them repaired though one is still under the warranty and for the other which is out of the warranty I had agreed to pay the charges. Numerous complaint by phone, online and by going to the shop yielded no results! All they give me is a new complaint number after every visit!
Croma is the worst company to buy a product of. After they sell the product they just do not give a damn about the customer!
