I had made online payment of Rs. 249 for recharge of idea netsetter, payment was debited from my account but the recharge was not successful, after following up i made recharged at my end after 3 days and asked for refund but they did recharge after 25 days of Rs. 245 and are refunding Rs. 4.. i m continuisionsly following up for Rs.249 refund since begining.
