no refund of money after taking back the product

i purchased a rebbok track suit form bag it today website bt it was nt suitable so i returned back and they are confirming its receipt on 14 march20012 acc. to terms of purchase bt till now i hav nt gt my refund.whenever i call them they make excuses.i hav called them numerous times
