On 29th Oct 12, i did recharge of 1000rs for reliance netconnect 9327733199 using net banking- ICICI bank using PAYTM.
Transaction failed but the money got deducted.
As of today no money has been refunded in my account.
Paytm said 21 working days for refund but its more than a month and no refund has been received inspite of several several emails. They dont even have a phone number to call.
please help me how to take action.
