No Refund from MAKE MY TRIP & KINGFISHER AIRLINES

Name of company/service: King Fisher Airline and Make My Trip

This is a complaint regarding Non refund of cancelled flight of Kingfisher Airlines. I booked a ticket from Chandigarh to Mumbai and return from Mumbai to Chandigarh scheduled on 3rd December and 6th December 12 respectively through Make My Trip portal on 1st September, 2012. (Booking ID: NF2514019429246)
At the last moment, I was informed of the Kingfisher flight cancellation and I had requested the Make my trip Customer care to cancel the both side Kingfisher flights.
Amount paid to book Kingfisher flight was Rs 15330. This cancellation was updated by Make my trip customer care executive on their site also and refund date was updated as 31st Jan2013.
I have chased up lot of times with the Make my trip customer care regarding the refund but still I have not received the refund and their site is showing “No refund is pending for this booking id”.

All the mails I have written to Make my trip is in my mail box along with their reply also

Earlier, Make My Trip stated that the refund would be made by 15th December, 2012. Now, Make My Trip is stating that refund would be made by 31st January, 2013. But now the site is showing “No refund is pending for this booking id” and their customer care executives are not able to say any thing.
Please help me in getting the refund amount.

    We write to you in response to your query on the refund status for the Kingfisher un-operational flight.

    We understand your angst – you are not alone, there are 100s of our Customers who are impacted by Kingfisher not operating. As agents or intermediaries, we pay the ticket / fares to the airlines. In case of any cancellations (either by the Customer or by the airline), the airlines pay us back which in turn we refund to the Customer. Unfortunately, Kingfisher is yet to come out with a time as to when they will refund the fares for the cancelled flight and basis this advising our Customers to wait. Refund for your booking is on hold till further notice.

    What I can assure you is that MakeMyTrip does not have or will have any intentions of holding any Customer’s money. The moment Kingfisher shares an update on the refund status; we will begin the refund process from our side. When this happens, you will hear from us immediately via email and SMS. Till then we request and appreciate your co-operation.

    We are constantly following up with the Airline and trying our best to resolve the situation.
