i made a purchase from mantra .com one lee shirt vide order no.TRACKING DETAILS – Order No.2830732
Courier:BD | Tracking No:43186145096
but they didnot deliver me the product and when i called them customer service they always says within 48 hrs your money will be refunded/credited to my mantra a/c
but they didnot do this after several request.
i fell cheated and sad after this one day they told me that it is deliverd which is also shown into my a/c which in real didnot happened.
