It has been more than 2 months and they are just making fool of me that money has been refunded in your account but which actually has not been done and now when i am calling up they are not picking up the phone. I am really upset with this and i can say that this is the worst e commerce website i have come across.
Same here. I am also a victim of this thieves. i have bought a t shirt but the product which i received is of diff size. they said you courier us back now i lost the product as well as my money. they are saying they havent received a product where as i have a courier receipt of product dispatch along with the docket no. now they are not responding a call and neither returning money.
i guess in india full of such bogus e commerce people loosing big opportunity of business by doing such niche behavior.
