Dear Sir,
I had paid online for a Matrimonial AD.Thru releasemyad.com.In my req. form I had Asked the ad to be published under the heading BRAHMIN and abbreviation GB to be used For GAUR BRAHMIN.
But to my surprise the Ad was published under the Heading Vaish/ Jain and GB was translated as Garg Boy.
I requested the service provider to reprint the ad with correct translation
but Now they refuse to do that.
I have not asked for money refund but only to correct the ad. matter and re-publish it but they are not willing to listen.
Kindly look into the matter.
