Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
My order no #10213582 was canceled on 18th April and it was under payment refund status from on 18 April 2012 (which makes a complete 3 month of order cancellation), and in clear words written by you on 20th April mail saying this
”
We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you due to the delay in delivery. This has been caused due to a heavy demand in the product(s) you ordered.
However, we have cancelled the order and also confident that the amount will be refunded within 7-8 working days.
We will be in touch with you.”,
but still i wonder there is big delay here, now what is the reason for delay in refunding the money back? And for your information i am still in wait of those 7-8 WORKING DAYS. As i had tried with so many complains over phone and emails and none of them is responded well, so in process please guide me that how could i FILE A CONSUMER COURT COMPLAIN FOR TIME AND MONEY WASTAGE COMPENSATION during the process to take refund back for my canceled order.
I had shopped earlier with timtara.com earlier and had found good, that is why i am waiting for you reply else long back only i would have posted in your website about negative feedback. Since i don’t want destroy your image in mass, so waiting for your reply as soon as possible else i have to file the complaint, so as at least from somewhere i can get the refund withing time frame.
