No refund after cancellation of trip, even after agreed to pay with Deducted amount.

I have booked honeymoon trip on 9th Feb 2012. with advance payment (transferred amount of Rs.16903/- by online
transaction)

after a week I decided to cancel my trip. so I demanded refund to Le Navigateur.
they sent mail mentioned that “after the cancellation charge, you will get Rs.13500/-.”

but still I did not get any refund.
I tried a lot to call them but they are not responded.

We just noticed this compliant raised in 2012.
We have requested Mr.Gunda to postpone the trip or adjust the amount on his next trip. Because once the payment is dispersed to hotels and transport vendors, it takes time for us to refund. We already settled his amount with Mr.Gunda. He should show some courtesy to inform the forum or delete the tag once the problem is solved.
Over a decade our company is serving leisure and holiday management with 100% satisfied customers. Its not fair for your side to address as ‘Frauds’ with out even utilizing our services.

Le navigateur do not give money back.We have met with 70 other witnesses who have not received money back for 3 years after the cancellation of trips. Perhaps it takes 3 years to reach into a wallet to return money?

Anon.. you are talking about some other establishment in the same name. There is zero complaint about Le Navigateur till now. Few rare cases has been already solved. Please check the truth before you comment something.
