No Refund after Cancellation

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Indian Health Organisation

on 7th Aug at between 9:20 to 9:45 AM had telecon conversation with Mr Ashish cancellation department .
as per his statement refund will comeback to my account within 48 hours , but now its more than 48 hours .

Today i spoke with Robin customer care executive at between 5:00 PM and asked about my status of refund , surprise to hear that you have not received my payment , even he told me we have not received the bank statement which i sent on 31.07.2012 which are attached in these mail., i dont know why am getting different statement every time am calling , 5000/- is hardly matters but trust is more important ,

when i subscribed these i have been misguided that its cashless card like other health services providing , i have been told that facility are available in big hospitals , pharmacy , like ruby hall , noble etc. when i enquired about these come to know that they are not accepting these kind of cards .based on these i raised request to cancellation as per cancellation terms.

CANCELLATION: If a Member wishes to cancel and / or terminate his / her Membership, he may do so by calling IHO within 14 days of joining. In all eventualities, decision of IHO will be final and binding on all the parties.

i raised my request within given period of time 28th July 2012 before receiving my card ,

Appreciate if you reply in some words.

As per telecon discussiontoday( 31.07.2012) morning at 10:20 AM with Neelam you customer care executive.

I requested for cancellation of my membership which i taken on 27.07.2012 , with online payment of 5000/- i wish to cancellation because i inquired about these service and found that its not very attractive where am presently residing.

as per Neelam she said that we have not received the payment and i surprised to know that , she also asked me to send the bank statement so that we can process for further processing reflecting payment details attached are the my bank statement , also attaching online payment confirmation details.

Request you to please cancel my membership and return my payment which i made.
