“No Refund after almost 30 days of Cancellation of Rder

Location/place: Gandhinagar, gujarat

Name of company/service: Times Internet Ltd.

I have order as on 3.03.2012, for HTC Status mobile from the website.

Even though, the order No.3001005012 had been cancelled before shipment, same had been delivered at my home.

Hence, as per the instruction of customer care executive, I haven’t accepted from the ARAMEX courier, and sent it back.

Eventhough, compalining for the same at least 5-6 times from customer care executive on phone as well as online chat,as well as mail sent to Operation Head, the issue hasn’t been resolved since last more than 30 days.

The strict action is required to be taken against this type of online shopping companies.
