make my trip was not good enough to provide us with better service and when it came to refund they are not providing it even after we full filled all the required , from our end.

I have been facing the same problem on a large amount for international tickets. They are saying I’ve utilised the ticket. I was on another flight at the time they say I’ve utilised the ticket and so I can prove I haven’t. Still not got my refund back and everytime I call I have to explain my whole sad story to a rookie customer support exec. with no effect !! I’m really frustrated !

can’t understand how one can utilise a cancelled ticket at that !
