I was on another flight at the time they say I’ve utilised the ticket and so I can prove I haven’t. Still not got my refund back and everytime I call I have to explain my whole sad story to a rookie customer support exec. with no effect !! I’m really frustrated ! 9 years ago Shubhangi can’t understand how one can utilise a cancelled ticket at that !
