NO RECHARGE BENIFIT REFUND MY RS.

Location/place: SAS NAGAR (MOHALI), PUNJAB,INDIA

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

i recharge my n.9041525934 on 1feb,2013 via online from site tatadocomo.com rs.14 (STV rs.14 180 days every top up recharge full talktime).but after i recharge rs.25 on 7feb,2013 talktime not full. i complaint customer care they says 72 hours after give extra talktime. but now 120 hours go. but extra talktime no.and not call connect on customer care. so please refund or recharge benifit
