i have paid a sum of RS 2633( you trident plus+modem deposit) on 25th june.youbroadband representative mr. chennakeshava (sales officer 9164545444 )he Told the installation will be done in 3-4 days.but no one has atleast contacted me still 4th july.I did not get any kind of conformation sms or email from your side.i have contacted your customer care call number and registered a complaint (complaint number:- 2012062814075) . every time i call your call center they say the problem will be solved in 24 hrs..but no one turn’s back again.

after some days(after 5 days) time YOUBROADBAND customer service men called me and said that “I CAN’T GIVE YOU A CONNECTION IN YOUR AREA( this must but checked buy you when you are taking money) HE SAID THE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED IN 10 WORKING DAY’S IN THE FORM OF CHEQUE.(for taking money you people come same day evening it self). Theh i Have contacted the Nodal officer( Subramaniam S)of YOU BROADBAND the same day he told the re-payment will be done in 15-20 day’s.But still now no one turned back and it has been 1 MONTH since i have paid money but stii now no REFUND.
If you are not taking inuf intrest in solving my COMPLAINT or not replaying this mail..I WILL definitely FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU BROADBAND IN CUSTOMER COURT.
