No Proper service provided by the customer care even when the cell phone is in warranty period.

Name of company/service: Nokia 5530 XpressMusic

I purchased Nokia 5530 XpressMusic on 20th April 2010. It was replaced in June 2010 for the first time. Again, the went dead & it was replaced in april 2011. I started facing some technical problems, like, the phone restarted on it own quite frequently, the handset did not vibrate on vibration mode & it shows “Memory full. close some applications & try again” even when the memory card is empty & phone memory has around 1 GB empty space. I visited the Nokia Care center with these problems in april 2012 when the handset was in warranty(extended warranty), but the problem still persists, rather handset is in a worsened condition now. Nokia Care, i visited replaced the mother board of my handset with that of a handset used by one of their staff members. I can provide you with all the IMEI numbers. And now the Nokia People say they cannot help me as the warranty has expired. but i would like to bring to your kind notice that the handset was in warranty when i faced the problem in april 2012 & i visited the nokia care center in the city within the warranty period. The Executives have failed to provide me with due assistance & support. What do i do now?
