This in regards to the battery backup. Please consider the ticket as an high priority.
The battery that has be setup at our apartment does not get charged, Internet connection gets disconnected as soon as we lose power in our area, without any backup time, It has been promised us that we get an backup time of 2 hrs but we get disconnected immediately, which is causing loss of our work done by that time and business hours gets delayed.
This has been communicated many times to the support team and we haven’t got proper response till date.
This issue is still not attended by any support person. We are not getting proper response when we call the customer care executives. We are tired following up with customer care number by raising multiple request (tickets) on daily bases from last three months.
