I had ordered a cake on 23rd Nov 2012 on giftstoworld.com to be delivered on 30th Nov and made a payment online. The cake was not delivered on 30th. I tried calling the nos. on the site but they did not pick up my phone nr did they reply to my multiple mails regarding refund. I request some action in this regard.
