I wanted to book a refill cylinder. I was told that my account has been deactivated since it was not used for more than 6 months. My contact details are there in your database. In case of any new policies, I don’t think it should be a huge issue on your part to notify the customers regarding the same. Had I known of any such thing I would have taken the required measures to ensure that I don’t land up in a fix without cooking gas at home and incurred such inconvenience for myself. I had spoken to one Mr. Kamble in your office on the telephone number 020 26213104. He, very rudely informed me, “hum aisa koi information nahi dete, aaj ke date pe to aisa hi hota hai”. When i told him that I will have to complain in such a case, he replied,” Thik hai, kar lijiye”
What if the gas is not used up within 6 months? Do I still have to go and get it changed? What is the solution for this? It is not possible for us to go and submit an application each time for a new refill.
