no network of vodafone USB

Location/place: Navi Mumbai

Name of company/service: vodafone

I am using vodafone USB from 22nd Jan 2011.But I don`t get network in my house at all.In between I got network for few days.Recently I have applied for the deactivation of the USB.But till date the vodafone people have not deactivated my USB.Despite of that I have paid all the bills.I have got massive mental stress from my employer due to the delay in sending my reports in time
