I have purchased a BlackBerry Mobile Handset & Diamonds worth Rs.24999.00 ORDER ID- 880254123 to gift my wife on the occasion of my marriage (proposed on 2nd Jun2 011) on 13th March 2011 using Credit Card from Bag It Today on telephone and it was delivered to me on 1st April 2011. I received the handset which was not functioning. On the basis of their advice I visited the service centre & they refused to service as it doesn’t fall in their service area. On the telephonic conversation they said to me that returned the product and I had returned all the products including received with the earlier purchased a Holiday Package on 02/04/2011 by blue dart courier and received by them on 7th April 2011. They have promised to do the refund the amount in my credit card within 15 to 21 days. All the product received by them was confirmed by their executive to me from their end on phone call.
After that till know instead of despite of dozens of Email and phone call except apologize they have done nothing. And now since a few weeks they are not responding my calls or mails. It caused me a huge amount of economic loss as well as social embracement and mental harassment.
