My Order # 2346263 a photo frame was delivered in damaged condition.after several complaints to FnY and finally after registering my complaint with this forum the product the company arranged to take the product back.This happened in end of October but however till date they have not refunded my INR 699 paid through Credit card.Please help to get my money refunded.
