I had taken 1 year broadband package for 1 MPS by paying Rs 6110 via cash on 16/06/2012 towards a/c no 116006 and the connection was supposed to start within 24 hrs. But till today they haven’t started the connection , everyday my new complain is registered and same promise is given that the connection will start within 24 hrs. When asked for the refund they give excuse that your complain is registered there representative will call back which never happens
