No Internet Connection

I am informing very painfully that I live in 6A, Pran Nath Pandit Street, Kolkata – 25 near padda pukur swimming pool, around 7 days I am not getting any internet connection from the Alliance Broadband the renowned company. Hence we have stopped many business works through online. I called them many times but they told me that we are trying to sorted out that problem but they could not sort that problem. Please help me as early as possible to get this connection . I will be very much thankful.
