I have booked for dhamaka offer by paying rs. 499/- on 1st march 2018 but till date nobody came to install dish. Nobody contact us, I haven’t any message also about expected date of installation.
I asked customer care is not able to answer anything.
If you cant deliver your services in the time frame as shown in the advertisement then there is no reason promote yourself.
Now 47 days are gone. Please refund my booking amount of Rs 500.

there have stopped receiving any call..all customer care numbers are coming always either busy or ringing but not lifting phone.. -
Same here, I booked in march but no way to track progress status of my requests, seems this is similar to Freedom mobile phone of 250 Rs and company has ran away taking crore of rupees.

I booked my connection on 1st march. Till today no installtion has been done. Every time I call their customer care, they dont give proper responds and they always keeping asking me to wait for another two weeks.
I think its a scam.

I booked Reliance digital tv bunddle offer by paying Rs.499.00 on march 3rd 2018 and today date is 7-28-2018 till now they did not provide the offer any single person throughout the country. This is a big fraud done by Reliance Digital TV .They have taken 500 every single customer and not provided any connection. This is a big big fraud scheme. We all should file a complaint against these people to TRAI.

Reliance dth connection still not done. they have taken 499 for pre booking on march that time they promised that within 45days installation will be done but still not done even they are not responding, very bad customer service and they cheated people
