No Information of Transcend harddisk

Name of company/service: Accel Fortune Service Limited, Nehru Place New Delhi

Hi,

I have submitted my Transcend Hard diskfor replacement in Feb-25 2012 (Call ID – TSCBFJ12000558DW). and the maximum time of replacement 45 days, but till now 25/06/2012 i did not get the hard disk also i have tried to communicate with these Guys and they are not giving any information when i will get and what is the status. I drop lots of mail regarding this, I want to file a case against to Accel Fortune Service Limited.
