Hi, I would like to bring into your notice the unfair thing that happened to me today 11/08/2012 at Secunderabad Railway Station.
I booked 2A tatkal ticket from Secunderabad to Nagpur on 10/08/2012. Date of journey was 11/08/2012
PNR – 4556360092
The train stops only for 5 mints at Secunderabad Railway Station.
There was complete fault of the led boards that show which coach will be in which position at the station. There is no information at all regarding this.
We will not know what will be the location of the coaches before train reaches at the station.
I was along with my Parents who are in Senior citizens category, they could not run to the start of the train where 2A coach was connected and so I lost my train.
This is not acceptable at all, knowing that train stopage at the station is only for 5 mints, if one does not know in advance where to stand, how will be search for correct coach in 5 mints?
Today, because of this lackluster service from Railways, I lost train and money.
I had another return tatkal booking next day 12/08/2012 from Nagpur to Secunderabad PNR – 213-7964968
Total amount loss is 6000+ and I want Railway to return complete amount immediately.
