i had activated 2 net plans in mobile…but when my firsr net plan finished,,,than my main balance start deducting…instead of 2nnd net plan data…so i complaint to costumer care supervisior,,,he assured that deducted balance return you on 9th july at 4;00pm…but..no balance…comes…so i again complaint..that day…and answer..was it willl comes in few moments…but now 10th july comes,,and i again complaint..cuctomer care …put me on hold..i called them twice..but no result..so i want my deducted balance back.i have complaint no. which is.
