I am using an internet connection of Beam Telecom. I lodged a complaint with Beam Telecom on Friday, June 8th, 2010 (Complaint Number: 5305861). I was told that someone from the Beam Telecom would contact me in the next 24 hours but no one contacted me. I waited at my place for the whole day, I even called their customer care support but still no one came. The same story continued on Saturday, June 9, 2012 and Sunday June 10 2012 as well. On Monday I received a call from some technician saying that the issue has been resolved and that they are closing the ticket/complaint. When I checked I found that the problem was not fixed. I again called the customer care and again lodged the complaint on June 11 2012 (Complaint Number: 5335571) and again I was told the same response that I would get a response back in next 24 hours but this time also I did not received any response from their end.
Beam Telecom claim that they have their SLA of 24 hours but it has been more than 5 days since I lodged the complaint .I want my internet connection to be restored with immediate effect and also the bill/invoice for the current month should be prorated based upon the number of days that I received proper service and exclude those days for which I did not received any service.
This interrupted service is affecting me and my daily work very badly.
