No Delivery of shipment after payment

I made an online purchase of INR 1,689, Order #10284054 on July 6th. As per website shipment is been delivered max 20 working days. Unfortunately, till now i havent received any shipment neither a feedback from website after several followups. I made payment at the time of order. But now neither they are replying nor arranging for refund. I request to please take up the matter with them so that they take it seriously.
