I have purchased Sofa cum bed from ‘WOOD BAZAAR’ its a furture group company located at thakur mall near Dahisar check naka…We have purchased on 02dec 2010, and they told us that goods will be delivering on 20th of december 2010, but we havent got delivery on 20th dec, than again we went to mall and ask for it manager told we will get the phone from thir companyy in next 2 days, but still we havnt got any call on december month.
than on our next visit to the mall manager told us we’l get on 3rd jan2011, but still than atleast we got delivery today i.e after one and half month and after going so many times but now no one is coming to fix the sofa sex, its into pieces and in the 3 boxes….
we are really very tied with this kind of poor and fake customer services and fake promises….
