No cooling effect of the newly bought air-conditioner

I have bought a split air-conditioner from Hitachi on 2nd June,2012.It was installed on 9th June,2012.It was told that I would be given the demonstration on its usage.Its over a week now,in spite of calling the customer call center repeatedly, my case in yet to be attended.Also the ac is not working properly.My complain no. is:12061302402
